You might recall the adorable little kitty, Travis, with those big eyes, long beautiful hair in tuxedo style. Poor little guy watched all his litter mates go to their new homes while he patiently waited.
Well, we figured out why he waited. Enter Cynthia - a wonderful, animal lover who saw us on TV. As soon as she saw little Travis, she fell in love.
Cynthia and her husband had just started a new business, so were not convinced this was a good time to bring a new family member into the fold.
BUT, Cynthia went into our site every single week to see his progress. His eyes just kept haunting her. She loved everything she saw about our work, so decided to pay a visit to us at the Wadsworth Sidewalk Sale and bring us some generous donations to sell. We spoke about Travis, and about her concerns.
Next day, she came out to the Brunswick Rec Center to meet him and I honestly think he has been in her arms ever since!
