It was a cold, rainy day in late April when SOS got the call for help. Poor little Pinky was malnourished, exhausted and giving birth on the cement floor of a local municipal garage! Due to her condition, she lost two of her babies at birth, but thanks to SOS and the kind concerns of the garage workers, Pinky and her 4 remaining babies found warmth, shelter and lots of much needed food and rest. Thankfully, momma and her four adorable babies, Travis, Dixie, Toby & Rascal all thrived under our care. Momma Pinky even showed her gratitude by taking on a fifth orphaned kitty, Gretchen! We are happy to report that all have now been placed in their forever homes.
